In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game failure during an active bet or game round, dk911 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk911's total liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dk911 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if dk911 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
dk911's collection, processing, storage, and sharing of Player personal data is governed by the dk911 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an account at dk911, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, dk911 collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, CNIC number, payment information, and gameplay activity for purposes including account management, KYC verification, anti-fraud monitoring, and regulatory compliance. dk911 does not sell Player personal data to third-party advertisers. A Player may request closure of their dk911 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, the Player should withdraw any available Real Money Balance. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days of confirmation.
dk911 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in the following circumstances, among others: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; detection of multiple accounts; or use of prohibited software.
Where an account is closed by dk911 for cause — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — dk911 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance in whole or in part, subject to applicable legal requirements. Funds that represent legitimate deposits unrelated to the prohibited conduct may, at dk911's discretion, be returned to the original payment source following investigation.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for twelve (12) consecutive months. dk911 will notify the Player by email before applying a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of PKR 200 (or USDT equivalent) to the account balance. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.
dk911 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon login to the dk911 platform. Continued use of the dk911 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Where a change to these Terms is required to comply with an applicable legal or regulatory obligation, dk911 may implement the change with immediate effect without prior notice. Where this occurs, dk911 will notify Players as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
